With headquarters in Reno and an expansion to Las Vegas underway, Stephanie is dedicated to providing comprehensive educational resources and fostering strategic networking opportunities to support female entrepreneurs throughout Nevada.

As an international brand strategist and brand messaging expert, Stephanie brings 15 years of global digital and brand strategy, coaching, and marketing experience to high-performing entrepreneurs and purpose-driven companies. Her work has taken her around the world, collaborating with startups, non-profits, and small business owners in Singapore, China, Europe, North America, and the U.K.

Stephanie also teaches undergraduate courses in Buyer Behavior and Entrepreneurship at the University of Nevada, Reno. She has worked with powerhouse brands like OWN Network and Girls Inc., multiple Seed to Series A startups, and has been featured on HuffPost and numerous podcasts. Additionally, she hosts her own podcast, Business Her Way, where she interviews female founders and provides business-building advice.
